Return Policy
At PraisedClo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the goods. The following conditions apply:
Return Period:
You have the option to return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period has expired.
Condition of the Goods:
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and original packaging. PraisedClo reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Return Shipping:
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the goods.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 4% will be charged for returns.
Exceptions:
Please note that sale items are excluded from returns and cannot be refunded.
Refund:
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, you will be notified by email about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 14 days.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with PraisedClo within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (PraisedClo, Eelaram Ravikumar, Stolbergstraße 23, 12103 Berlin, Germany, Email: personal.praisedclo@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
