Shipping costs are calculated during the ordering process and are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery within Germany usually takes 3–5 business days. Please note that delays may occur on weekends and public holidays.
4. Shipping Service Providers
We work with trusted shipping service providers to ensure that your order arrives safely and reliably. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking number.
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment. You can check the status of your order at any time using this link.
6. Undeliverable Shipments
If a delivery is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address or because the package was not collected, we can arrange a reshipment. The costs for reshipping will be borne by the customer.
